Annual Career Management Checklist
A practical way to check in on how you’re managing your career, and where to focus next. Either download the document or complete below:
For each section, rate yourself on a scale of 1–5 (1 = Needs Attention, 5 = On Track). Add up the total for each category to get a snapshot of where you're at.
Understanding Skills, Interests and Values

Sometimes doing a check-in like this can highlight where you are cruising or coasting or where you might be stuck.
