Service Description

This is a wonderful program consisting of 5-7 sessions for an individual or employee to plan their career strategy, identify their personal development plan and be ready for career conversations with their manager. Supported and paid for by the organisation the individual receives personalised and confidential coaching to better manage their career and align it with organisational needs.
